I would be lying to you if I said that I don’t have frustrations in life.
Well, it comes in many forms – the difference is, it’s either big or small. It could be a small frustration that like my internet connection is down or as big as I couldn’t get my partner to agree with me.
Here’s what I’ve done for you — I’ve excerpted a short chapter of a 1960 ‘lost’ manuscript that teaches you (and me) how to overcome frustration:

It’s only 4-page long but you might get some real gems in it.

P.S: Few days ago, I’ve told you about brain entrainment technology. Do you know that this can also be used to reduce frustration by minimizing stress?

Overcoming Small And Big Frustration

Wow, Patric! Those 4 pages in .pdf read like the story of my life. Nurturing too many growing frustrations can become so destructive to our lives – and to the lives of those near and dear to us. It is so unconscious or robot-like that we need feedback to get the message about how others see us. Do you also think that if we try too hard too soon for massive success, we are going to face a few brick walls of frustration? (There must be many steps, stages and areas of growth to conquer first I reckon.)
