Hey Patric!
Nice one… I also think that procrastination is the No.1 killer for anyone’s success. By beating this ‘virus’ alone, you are already halfway there…

Hi Patric,
My procrastination comes from my fear of success which comes from my low self esteem. Any suggestions to fix that issue? Completing the tasks haven’t helped, in fact it seems to make it worse. The more I do, the worse I feel…..makes no sense to me.
I also procrastinate from feeling overwhelmed by big tasks, so I got over that by breaking them down into smaller pieces.
I have no one to help me out and no one to tell me “good going” either. I have to be my own cheer leader and task master!
Even worse, all my friends and family members are jealous of my successes and desires to improve my life. They do what they can to tear me down or diminish my feelings of accomplishment. I can’t even tell them what it is I’m doing, anymore. They offer no support and only criticism.
Procrastination is the worst problem and the biggest destroyer of dreams.

Thank Patric, this is a good one. I will want to add that to end procrastination, it is important for one to set achieveable goals. People often procrastinate because they have set goals too hig for themselves.

Thanks for sharing the audio, I really love it! Procrastination is a major roadblock to achieving your goal. One way to turn this limiting belief into self-help motivation is to know what you really desire to create a life that you want. If you know what you value, this will free you from living in the past; and will help you look forward to the future.
